Patient measurement instructions

Steps

1. Find widest part of patient (normally shoulders or hip area)
2. Measure from edge of bed to one side of patient (A)
3. Measure from edge of bed to patient on other side (B)
4. Measure the overall bed width (C)

If patient is to one side of the bed, enter 0 below
